A refund may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.

  • The item delivered is defective beyond repair or replacement.

  • The product qualifies under the return policy, but a suitable exchange is not possible.

All refund requests undergo a verification and inspection process.

2. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Processing time may vary slightly depending on the customer’s bank or wallet service.

Note: Refunds can only be issued to the original payer and account details must match customer identity for security.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Size or color preference issues (exchange may be possible)

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products that appear used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
