GoluGang products go through strict quality checks and careful packaging. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • All accessories or inserts (if any) are returned with the product.

To help us assess the issue quickly, we may request an unboxing or opening video.

2. Request Timeline

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • After 3 days, we are unable to accommodate claims as per brand policy.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Stickers, school supplies, stationery, bottles

  • Puzzles, toys, and collectibles once opened

  • Clearance / Sale items

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Any item that appears used, washed, damaged, or tampered with after delivery

4. How to Request an Exchange

To begin the process:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your order number.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you on return pickup or courier drop-off.

  4. After inspection at our facility (within 2–3 business days), we will issue a replacement.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, damaged/defective product), GoluGang covers all return shipping costs.

  • For size exchanges, color changes, or customer-related errors, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee + re-delivery charges.

6. Important Notes

  • We currently do not offer monetary refunds for exchanges unless the product is unavailable.

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance events cannot be exchanged unless defective.
